Gamers Village – Terms & Conditions

1. General

By purchasing from Gamers Village (in-store or online), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.


2. Returns & Refunds (General Items)

We comply with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Refunds or exchanges are available for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • Change of mind returns are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of Gamers Village.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Trading Card Game (TCG) Products – No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of Trading Card Game products (including but not limited to booster packs, booster boxes, starter decks, and singles):

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on any TCG product that has been opened.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on products sold as unsealed, loose, or pre-opened (including loose packs, box breaks, or partial boxes).
  • All TCG sales are considered final once the product has left the store or been opened.

This policy is in place to protect the integrity and fairness of all TCG products sold.


4. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders must be paid in full unless otherwise stated.
  • Release dates are subject to change by suppliers and distributors.
  • Gamers Village is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
  • Pre-orders are non-refundable unless the product is unavailable.

5. Event Tickets & Entry Fees

  • Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Gamers Village.
  • If an event is postponed, tickets will be transferred to the new date.
  • Player conduct must remain respectful; we reserve the right to remove participants for misconduct without refund.

6. Store Credit

  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Any expiry dates will be clearly stated at the time of issue.

7. Product Availability & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues.

8. Liability

  • Gamers Village is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended use.

9. In-Store Conduct

  • Customers must follow staff instructions at all times.
  • Any damage caused to store property or gaming equipment may result in charges or removal from the premises.
