Bring your Halo:Flashpoint fireteam to Gamers Village and compete in Gamer's Village first official tournament for the game! Three games of Halo: Flashpoint gives you time to take in the wider TTS event, with some juicy prize support in the form of GT pack.[see below for players pack]

This tournament follows Mantic’s Organised Play Event Pack 1 structure,

1. Event Overview

• System: Halo: Flashpoint (using the Official Core Rulebook, with all current FAQs and errata)
• Force Size: 200 RP per player
• Players: Up to 16

This aligns with Mantic’s standard for a one-day, 4-game tournament setup.

 

 

3. Scoring & Achievements

Points are awarded as follows (per Event Pack 1 model):

• Victory Points (per round):
• Win: +10 Tournament Points
• Draw: +5 Tournament Points
• Loss: +2 Tournament Points
• Achievements: Up to +1 Tournament Point per achievement unlocked (max +10 per round)

Pairings & Ranking:

• Round 1: Random pairing
• Rounds 2–4: Swiss-style pairing by total Tournament Points
• Final standings determined by total Tournament Points

Tiebreakers:

1. Win/Loss record
2. Number of Achievements unlocked
3. Dice Off!

4. Scenarios & Gameplay

Your tournament will use Mantic’s OP scenarios including 

• King of the Hill
• Oddball: Reloaded
• Slayer
• Extraction

These are fully detailed in the OP Pack (including setup, special rules, and victory conditions)

Additional Notes:

• No Recon table used: Players simply roll a D8; highest chooses side (Red/Blue) and plays first
• Scatter terrain is placed pre-game per map instructions but allows flexibility with scatter placement

 

5. Army & Equipment Requirements

All players must bring:

• Complete, assembled force totaling 200 RP, built per Wargames Expansion rules
• Stat cards, dice, tokens, measuring tools
• Printed force list for TO and opponents
• Ref respect: use official models, WYSIWYG conversions only (with TO approval)

This follows general OP requirements.

6. Conduct & TO Guidelines

• Sportsmanship is mandatory — rivals are competitors, not enemies.
• Rules disputes resolved using rulebooks, FAQs, with TO as final arbiter.
• Judges/TO may enforce penalties: warnings, time or TP penalties, or disqualification for persistent misconduct.
• Privacy at tables: If a player feels uncomfortable by spectators, they can request them to step back. TO will enforce this.

• Best Painted Army
